Shipping & Delivery Policy

At AURA UAE, we believe in complete transparency and a seamless shopping experience. That is why we are proud to offer 100% FREE SHIPPING on all orders across the United Arab Emirates, with no minimum spend required and no hidden delivery fees at checkout.

1. Free Shipping Across All 7 Emirates

Every order placed on our website qualifies for complimentary standard door-to-door delivery throughout the UAE:

2. Order Processing & Fulfillment

Order Confirmation: Once your order is completed, you will receive an immediate confirmation email and SMS with your Order Number.
Dispatch: Orders are packaged and dispatched directly from our fulfillment center in Dubai within 24 hours.
Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted before 2:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time / GST) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be dispatched the following working day.

3. Real-Time Tracking

Once your parcel leaves our facility, you will receive an SMS and email notification containing:
- The courier partner assigned to your package (e.g., Aramex, Fetchr, Quiqup, or DHL).
- Your unique Waybill / Tracking Number.
- A direct link to track your shipment in real time.

4. Delivery Protocol

Courier Contact: Prior to delivery, the courier will contact you via WhatsApp or phone call to confirm your availability and delivery location pin.
Delivery Address: To avoid any delays, please ensure your delivery address includes full details (Building/Villa name or number, Apartment/Suite number, Street name, Area, and Emirate).
Safe Handover: For high-value orders, our courier may request a digital signature or delivery OTP sent to your registered phone number.

5. Cash on Delivery (COD)

- Cash on Delivery is available across all UAE Emirates for orders up to AED 2,000.
- Shipping remains 100% FREE even when selecting Cash on Delivery.
